Damaged goods need to be advised within 7 days of delivery via email - houseoflights@aol.com - quoting you order number, name & address.
If we cannot send out a replacement part eg. glass shades, light bulbs, crystal pieces, and the whole item needs to be returned, then please repackage the box with it's outer covering, (box/bubblewrap) do not write any delivery details on the product box.
We will then arrange collection by our carriers on a day designated by the customer.
When the damaged item is returned & checked we will then send out a replacement or refund as required by the customer.
Unwanted goods need to be notified within 28 days of delivery via email - houseoflights@aol.com - quoting you order number, name & address.

Once returned we will then check these goods to ensure they are unused and in the original packaging, and issue a refund.
Keep all the packaging from your delivery in a secure dry environment in case you need to return any part of your order to us.
