Returns Policy
All goods carry a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee (goods must be in original packaging with all parts & lamps as supplied and not having been installed , failure to comply could result in refusal of refund). Goods must be returned at expense of customer by registered means, with reasonable effort made to ensure the safe return of said goods.Houseoflights.co.uk can arrange collection and cost be deducted from refund.
Faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged or refunded in full.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods, after this Houseoflights.co.uk cannot accept responsibility.
Houseoflights.co.uk will in no way be liable for any costs, such as electricians fees or days off work, incurred due to faulty goods, damaged goods, or shortages.
If goods need to be returned for any reason please notify us in writing via email, customer services will issue a returns number, goods cannot be accepted back without this.
For bulk or large quantity trade orders goods are non-returnable / non-refundable unless damaged on delivery (must be notified with 3 days of receipt of goods) or faulty. This would be advised at point of order.
