Online Purchase Returns
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. If you have ordered from our Stock Range of products then simply send back with a copy of your email confirmation order to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Please ensure all items are in original packaging, packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in houseoflights being unable to refund you. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unless the item is faulty, it is returned at your own cost.
Please note special order products are non-returnable.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
Store Purchase Returns
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from one of our stores, just return it to the store in its original packaging, within 7 days, and your goods will be refunded or a credit note issued.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact our friendly customer service team on 01202 765635 or by email on email@example.com . In the case of a faulty item, please DO NOT attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a 3rd party as this will affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHORTAGES
If you receive an item that is damaged or missing any parts on arrival, you will need to contact us either by phone on 01202 765635 or by e-mail to “firstname.lastname@example.org” within 3 days of delivery of the product. We will then advise of our full returns procedure, and work to rectify this issue as quickly as possible for you.
